I’m leading this edition with a statement from the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Transport, Mike Penning, issued on the 8th June announcing a review of the motorcycle test which, as we all know, is long overdue.
It would appear common sense has prevailed and all the hard work up to now has resulted in a Consultation where views must be submitted by 31 July with a decision expected in the Autumn.
